We have some good news and some bad news.
In the upcoming week, we will be dropping Agenda View. the upside is we have new features to get the job done.
Agenda View has never been a popular feature. While you might use it every day, the hard truth is that you belong to a mere 2%. This is why we have made a hard decision to discontinue this feature.
We’re utterly sorry, if this affects your workflow. But to minimize the blow, we have replaced the functionalities with two other features: Pin Me On Top and Checklists.
To make sure you see your tasks first, turn on the Pin Me on Top feature on the Settings page. This makes sure you appear first on your team’s timeline and don’t have to scroll to find yourself.
If you don’t want to pin yourself on top, you can also just type M while you’re looking at your timeline. This will automatically find you and your tasks.
To make sure you’ve written down every teeny-tiny assignment, you can now add a Checklist to each task you create. This makes sure you not only divide your tasks into bite-sized chunks, it also makes you think through everything in detail.
There’s also a progress bar under every task. This communicates your advancements to everyone on your team.
We also have ideas to improve personal experience of everyone using Teamweek. But we’re not just quite ready to share them yet. Meanwhile, if you have any ideas, drop us a line on email@example.com.
