How we hire
Your time is valuable (and so is ours!), which is why we don't ask you to re-do your resume or complete a lengthy application form. Instead, you'll start the application process with a simple skills-based test that takes just 15 - 20 minutes. This test helps us see if you have the right skills for the position you're applying for. If you score high enough on the quiz, we'll invite you for an interview to get to know you better. If you do well in the interview, we'll invite you to a paid test week, where we can see your technical skills in action and check that you'll fit with our work culture. goal is to ensure that everyone on the team can work independently without micromanagement.
