Here’s how you’ll spend your time as a customer support agent:

  • Helping customers via email or on our social media channels to ensure they have the best possible experience with Teamweek
  • Lead on-boarding webinars to teach new Teamweek users how to get the most out of the product
  • Assess the needs of users and collaborate with other team members to solve problems for users

The skills you’ll need for this role:

  • Basic tech skills
  • The patience and drive to help others
  • A habit of showing initiative (i.e. you’re happy to take the lead to manage projects)
  • Enough persistence and problem solving skills to find solutions for tricky tech problems.

The starting annual salary is 40.800 EUR and you can work from anywhere in the world/universe with good internet connection.
